Have you always wanted to ride a flow trail but don't know what it takes to ride safely through the terrain? Swiss Cycling instructor Silvio Berchtold will show you the most important basic techniques of mountain biking so that you can turn, jump and brake properly on the trail. Action and adrenaline are pre-programmed!

Equipment: (e)-mountain bike in good working order and correctly set up, helmet (compulsory), appropriate bike clothing incl. rain jacket, sunglasses and gloves, spare inner tube, pump and tools for minor repairs, drink and snacks
Requirements: safe riding on the road
