Per chiunque ami gustare in vacanza il piacere di mangiare fuori, la scelta è vasta e svariata. A Bettmeralp non s’imbandiscono soltanto le famose specialità vallesane, come la fonduta al formaggio, le raclette, la carne essiccata, il prosciutto cotto affumicato, i saporiti salumi casarecci ("Hüswurschtjini", come si chiamano nel simpatico dialetto locale), bensì anche piatti raffinati e squisiti. I cibi si sposano (e come potrebbe essere altrimenti?) ad un buon vino rosso o bianco, ricavato dall’uva maturata al sole del Vallese.
