Un choix vaste et varié attend les personnes qui aiment profiter de leurs vacances pour des sorties gourmandes. Un séjour à Bettmeralp est l’occasion de goûter non seulement aux célèbres spécialités valaisannes telles que la fondue au fromage, la raclette, la viande séchée, le jambon local et les célèbres charcuteries maison épicées (appelées du nom sympathique de « Hüswurschtjini » en dialecte valaisan), mais aussi à une cuisine raffinée et délicieuse. Pour trinquer, on choisira bien sûr un verre de bon vin rouge ou blanc du Valais gorgé de soleil.
