Discover the great Aletsch glacier, heart of the Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch UNESCO World Heritage Site, in a unique and stunning exhibition.

This exhibition leads you from the lower station in Betten to the Bettmerhorn and focuses on three main points:

In the „Ice Room“ (mountain restaurant) you will experience for yourself the story of the great Aletsch glacier in a multimedia show:
every hour, daily from 9 am to 4 pm.

On the „Ice Terrasse“ (3 minutes walk from the mountain restaurant) you will be rewarded with an unspoilt view of the longest glacier in the Alps. Eight information boards will provide you with fascinating facts about the ice giant.

In the „Ice Tunnel“ you will be carried away by the legendary world of the Aletsch area! Ice Tunnel open 8:30 am until 4:30 pm.
