On our Helsana Swiss running walking trails you will learn the perfect walking, Nordic walking and running technique. Furthermore, you are shown strengthening and stretching exercises and given tips on coordination training and the perfect training intensity.
Information boards along the trails provide you with valuable tips. So don’t hesitate to try our different routes.
Easy route (signposted blue): tennis court – forest promenade – Bettmeralp
This trail is approx. 3.8 km (2.3 miles) long
Medium-difficult route (signposted red): tennis court – forest promenade – Bettmersee (lake) – Riederalp – Bettmeralp
This trail is approx. 10.2 km (6.3 miles) long
Difficult route (signposted white): tennis court – Bettmersee (lake) – Blausee (lake) Fiescheralp – Bettmeralp
This trail is approx. 12.3 km (7.6 miles) long
