Equipment

Hiking wear, sturdy shoes, light backpack, rain gear, sunscreen, sunglasses, any medication you may be taking, thermos flask, camera, pen and paper.

Insurance

Participants must arrange their own insurance. The organizer is not liable for injury, damage or accidents. Cancellation insurance can be purchased from ELVIA for 4% of the total amount through Bettmeralp Tourism. You can request ELVIA's contractual terms from Bettmeralp Tourism. Good to know

As a flat fee is charged for the program, the total amount will be invoiced by Bettmeralp Tourism. Payment: When booking up to 3 months before departure, 60 days net. When booking up to 2 months before departure, 30 days net. Short-term bookings are to be paid immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
Participants must arrange their own insurance. Trip cancellation insurance can be taken out at the Tourist Office. This must be done no later than 8 days after issuance of the final booking confirmation. The cost amounts to 4% of the total price. If the participant does not take out this insurance, no refund will be given.
